Welcome to scVisualizer

It is a single cell RNA-seq data visualizer

Input: A low quality and dying filtered cells counts matrix file in tab-delimited file from any scRNAseq data analysis tool such as Seurat.

Output: It is presented in two tabs, where in ‘Cell Cluster’, you will find clustering of your single cell data and in 'Expression Plots', you can readily obtain expression profile of your genes of interest.
